Alex has a romantic heart and Dann has sustained this throughout their years together. For the proposal Dann used “their” day (2/13), as 213 was Dann’s first AMA dirt bike number when he became pro which is a significant memory they share. At the time they were living in their first house together. Alex arrived home from work to rose petals and candles laid out before her. While the video recorded, Dann asked Alex to be his wife. She couldn’t help but say yes!

Alex full of nerves and excitement laughed and cried as she shared the morning getting ready with her favorite ladies. Dann, just down the hall knowing this was the day he and Alex had waited for, for so long tried to remain calm. His friends helped ease the anticipation by cracking jokes and bantering around.

As everyone arrived at Greendance Winery for this downright romantic and emotional fall wedding, the suspense grew. They were so ready to see one another. Her dad guiding her, Alex stepped carefully down the stone stairs leading straight to Dann. He wiped away tears with the sleeve of his burgundy suit coat. At that moment she could feel the tears travel down her cheek.

With their close friend officiating, they stood before countless supportive people. Their handwritten vows, shared beneath the trees with sheep grazing on the hills behind them, created a dreamy setting leaving not one dry eye in the gathering.

These two fully love and support one another. They encourage each other to better people. Through all the flaws that come with being human, they always have the other’s back, no matter what. Always putting each other first and loving one another unconditionally each day they spend together. 

This type of support and love will carry them through the adventures of life+marriage, and we can’t wait to see where their path’s lead!
