Micro-Wedding at The Frick | Megan+Kee Won
After spending over a decade together, Megan and Kee Won chose to exchange vows on a warm June day. Surrounded by their closest family members, they said I do on the grounds of The Frick Museum.
Their ceremony was followed by great conversation and a well curated dinner from Common Plea. Afterwards they enjoyed a beautiful cake designed by Four Oaks Bakery. The design inspiration came from a painting Kee Won’s grandmother painted. It was the perfect ode to who I can only imagine was a wonderful woman. The evening ended with the two of them stepping away for portraits during one of the best golden hours we have seen so far this year.
It was a laid back yet elegant micro-wedding full of small thoughtful touches. The layout of their evening allowed them to be fully present with their family and gave them plenty of time to enjoy themselves. In the fall they plan to celebrate with a much bigger guest list during their reception at the Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens. We loved spending such a meaningful evening with them, but we are also so excited to meet back up with them for the after party!
