Romantic Historic Downtown Engagement Session in St. Augustine FL | Nikki+Jesse

Most of our engagement sessions take place around the general Pittsburgh PA area. However, did you know we happily travel for engagement sessions? We love taking a long weekend to hop on a plane and meet you at your dream location!

Jesse grew up visiting St. Augustine Florida and though he and Nikki planned a Pennsylvania elopement, they currently reside in Florida. They loved the idea of including a piece of Florida in their session and historic St. Augustine made for the perfect location. So when they asked us if we could travel to do their session there it was an immediate yes from us!

St. Augustine is a city on the northeast coast of Florida. It is the oldest city in the U.S., and is known for the beautiful Spanish colonial architecture. It also features two Atlantic Ocean beaches, St. Augustine Beach and Crescent Beach. A short drive away is Anastasia State Park which is a protected wildlife sanctuary. In addition to the natural beauty of the area you will find fantastic shopping and in our opinion some of the best restaurants on the northeast coast of Florida. For their engagement session Nikki+Jesse wanted to feature the unique architecture and Florida palms. We started at the Lightner Museum and then made our way around the historic city center. Every time we turned the corner or wandered down another street there were more unique little spots, I could have spent an entire day taking photos there.
