Chatham University Eden Hall Campus Classic+Romantic Autumn Wedding | Megan+Jordan
Being the romantic foodies that they are it seems only natural that Megan and Jordan began dating through Coffee Meets Bagel. It was 2015, Jordan was in school and Megan was working at the time. It was a time of simplicity and growth. They spent most of their dates exploring the Pittsburgh together over lunch and coffee. Enjoying adventures both big and small. One of these dates took place under a tree in Point State Park. That was the date. The one where they knew that their relationship was for the long haul.
Flash forward to 2018. Jordan decided to take a day off of work so that they could go on a picnic lunch date. They really enjoy picnics so this type of date was not uncommon.
While walking to their tree in Point State Park Jordan's hand was anxiously shaking holding onto Megan’s. Once under the tree, they laid out the picnic blanket as they had done many times before but this time something was about to change. Without hesitation Jordan got down on one knee and asked Megan to be his wife. Of course she said YES!
On the morning of their wedding as the ceremony drew near, Megan chose to spend time with her mom and sister. As the natural light brushed over her, they assisted Megan into her classic lace gown. She looked stunning. Meanwhile Jordan diligently focused on getting ready, looking dapper in his black tux. He was without a doubt so ready to call Megan his wife.
Their autumn wedding was abundant with classic and oh so romantic touches. Taking place outside, their reception at Chatham University Eden Hall Farm reflected this. The grounds surrounded the space with blooming goldenrod and other varieties of fall wildflowers. Megan and Jordan strolled the paths taking in all of nature's gorgeous colors. Even the sky put on a show as a storm rolled through in the distance. They laughed and held onto one another, simply infatuated with each other.
Megan and Jordan have always treasured spending time together in the quiet moments, growing their love through being truly open and honest with each other. The way Megan lights up when around Jordan and the little ways he continues to pursue her is enough to make any romantic heart swoon.
To have a person who loves you deeply and that allows you to be totally and freely yourself is a rarity. But Megan and Jordan have found just that. And it is certain that their adornment for one another is going to foster the most beautiful life and marriage!
